Yes, online sports betting is legal in Florida. The FanDuel Sportsbook app is not available, however, due to the gaming compact between the state and Seminole Tribe which grants exclusive access to the Hard Rock Bet app. While other operators may be allowed in the future, right now Hard Rock is the only choice.
